My name is Antonio Edgardo G. Ner. I was born and raised in a
Catholic family. My parents got separated when I was 10 years old. I
started to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana when I was 12. I wanted
to destroy my life thinking that I can gain my parents’ attention. And I
found myself enjoying on it. My life was hopeless and miserable. I’ve

been hooked in drugs, not only using it, but also selling drugs in cam-
pus and also involved in many bad activities.

But someone was praying for me and he invited to church. At first,
I rejected his invitation, but one day the Lord caught me.

On July 26, 1987, that was Sunday night, the message was clear to me
that without Jesus I am lost. And I can’t blame anybody. That night
I walked down to the aisle and went to the altar. I started to cry and

asked God if He is truly God please change my life. That night I accepted Him

as my Lord and Savior. I remembered that was the very first night that I prayed

and felt forgiven and slept without influence of drugs.

On June 1989, I enrolled in a Bible College and in 1990, the Lord used me in a full time service

as a missionary to tribal people. Since that time, I’ve been involved in Church Planting.

And it’s all by His Grace.
